Refund Policy

Returns:

Our biggest goal at Simplest Joys Boutique is to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and solve the issue!

Once your order is received, please look it over. We have a 30 day return policy. If you think that you have received a defective item, email simplestjoysboutique@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, again, contact us as soon as possible so we can get everything sorted out for you!

Run down of rules & procedures regarding returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only and will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. Refunds cannot be issued.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the date we ship your order. Please allow 5-7 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
  • Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returned items must be unwashed, unworn with the original tags.
  • Include your return form and original receipt. Please fill out the form to the best of your ability as it provides us with valuable information regarding your order.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow Simplest Joys Boutique 5-7 business days to process your returns once it is received.

Exchanges:

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at simplestjoysboutique@gmail.com and send your item to: Simplest Joys Boutique, 3594 Rustic Haven Ln., Green Bay WI 54313, United States. 

We also offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please indicate so on the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. Note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code that will be sent to your email. 

Gift Cards:

  • If you are purchasing an item with a gift card and the dollar amount of your order exceeds what your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout.
  • Gift card and store credit codes are eligible for 5 years from the date issued.
  • When you use a gift card, you are in agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

 Cancelling, changing, or adding items to an order:

If you wish to cancel, change or add an item(s) to an order you have just placed, please contact simplestjoysboutique@gmail.com immediately. There is no guarantee that your request will be accepted if the order has already been processed.
